Truly wonderful Supper Club! Food was excellent and the service was great! Only problem... Food coma! Can't wait to go again.

Amazing food! Takes you back to a different time and place! A great menu and full bar! Love their Brandy Alexanders! I will certainly go back!

Worst service EVER. We waited a good 30 min past our reservation time to sit. Once we did get a table we were ignored another 40 min before being acknowledged after asking multiple times for a server We waited a good 90 min AFTER our salads were served for our main meal to arrive with excuse after excuse. We finally had our main meal served 3 hours after we sat down at 10 pm. All that was offered to us was a free drink AFTER we finished our meal and we were done with the place. They refused to comp us which is not okay. Oh and by the way we watched at least 6 tables get up and walk out because they hadn’t been waited on either. Once we finally ate, the food was actually very good but we were so angry it was really hard to enjoy.

Was there for a class reunion. Food was great! Our servers were very good too.

Service was terrible. Wine spilled, no refill offered. No refills for anyone, even people that ordered them. Separate checks not offered. My steak was great, my boyfriends was super fatty...

Good but very busy. Get a reservation or you'll be waiting a long time

Wonderful dinner! There were 5 of us there for dinner yesterday. We had appetizers (bacon wrapped water chestnuts and crab poppers). Both were very good. The soup, salad, popover and entrees were also very good. I had the 8oz filet (rare) with a twice baked potato. Yummy! We'll be back.

Food was elegant as the sign outside suggests. Service was McDonald's on a bad day. 2nd occurrance in a month. They need professional servers that care, or at least act like they do. A smile goes along way. No drink refills, details overlooked.

This place is one of those places you go a few times a year but every visit is well worth it! Amazing prime rib and steaks. Just thinking of the popovers with the honey butter makes me hungry.

Classic supper club experience. If you're here on the weekend and not having the prime rib special or steak, you're doing it wrong. Weekends - Make a reservation or prepare to wait 1+ hrs.Wait staff were timely and attentive. Bar staff know how to make cocktails - you're in Wisconsin so be sure you try a Brandy old fashioned sweet.Opportunities for improvement: the lighting can be iffy, ceiling fans at night create a bad flickering effect and if they don't have all the lights going it is too dark. But recently was there, fans were off and it seemed much brighter it was much more enjoyable.Still a five star review. Overall great experience, excellent value and you can't find this supper club style in many places anymore.

What a GEM of a place I cannot believe I didn’t know it existed!!!!!! Old school supper club, amazing food, huge portions, wonderful staff... I’ll be dating my husband here until we’re too old to drive. Cannot believe it took us this long to discover Laurels!!!!!

The food is why you come here. There steaks are some of the best around, I prefer to drive here instead of driving downtown for a great steak. We go here often, only had a mishap with our food once(We go here very often, so once, doesn't change our opinion) and service is usually good....but the steaks are EXCELLENT.

Normally I love it. In 20 years I would totally recommend it. Not tonight very disappointing. It took 52 minutes for a waitress to show up to our table after complaining twice. To boot we had reservations. Food was just ok. Our bill was wrong twice. We were there for 3 hours and 10 minutes. Got an apology but after a group of four dropping over $160 bucks would think could have got one free drink.

Best super club experience and dining i have ever had.

The best steaks and classic cocktails in the area. Wife loves the fish and shrimp but i only come for the steak and old fashions. Perfect every time.

This is definitely the full supper club experience. I'd only recommend going here if you are truly hungry. Super nice staff and a good set of courses for whatever entree you choose.

A real gem for us locals that want fine dining, in a casual atmosphere. Great for anniversaries, or just to treat yourself out.

Ordered steak but wasn't cooked the way we liked it, asked to sit by window but couldn't for some reason won t go back

Awesome food - the steak was the best and so huge that we took them home for supper the next day. Our waitress Maggie was also awesome - 1st thing she brought out to us were popovers with honey butter - they melted in our mouths!

Steak was over done, tasted like shoe leather. The other items we ordered were ok, but for the $$$ and below average service there's no need for me to go back.

Very rude staff. Have been here 5 times total. Typically a good place to eat. This last time was bad. Food wasn't as fresh. My food was thrown at me. Very poor service.

Small place great food. The prime rib is second to none. If you head out for dinner. Make sure your on the look out. The place is just right off the road. So don't MISS IT!!! Otherwise the food is pretty affordable and you get a ton of it. Enjoy!!!

Food was mediocre at best. Lots of food, just not good food. Steak was not cooked as requested, tiny half walleye fillet, pop overs were burned, waited a very long time for refills on beverages. Very over priced with low quality.

One of my favorite places to go to when I want prime rib, steak, ribs or Alfredo! One of the past couple trips I discovered their AYCE fish and shrimp on Fridays (you can had one or the other or a combination of both!!! You never leave here hungry because you get a 5 course meal (except the fish and shrimp because it is AYCE so you get full anyway)! I never make it to dessert, sometimes saying I should start with dessert, the food is so awesome you don't miss dessert anyhow!!! The staff has been wonderful. I have personally gone to the Laurel off and on since I was 9, back in the 80s we use to visit to see the deer, after I became an adult, the deer are gone but the food is still so awesome I find my frequency to this restaurant has increased! The attire is casual but you feast like royalty! I dare you to make it to dessert! An added bonus, for those of us who enjoy it is that the chef can make a heckuva extra rare steak (does very well with medium and medium rare too!)

Five stars for the Laurel supper club! Had a family event that went off smoothly, food was delish, Bert and Maggie did an awesome job!! Been going there for over fifty years and will continue to eat there whenever I'm in town!!

New Richmond is lucky to have such a nice high end supper club near by. Staff was very professional and welcoming and the food was amazing. Will be returning soon!
